I had very pleasant experience with Zach replacing my old water heater tank. He is very efficient and work very thoroughly as well so pleasant to talk to. I am sorry he had to lift heavy tank up from very narrow steep steps but he carefully did it. Hoots with communication is very clear and informative as well as price is good and very fair. I had an excellent experience with Hoots Plumbing! Matt and Zach came out today to fix multiple plumbing issues—two faucets, an outside spigot, and a pressure regulator. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure everything was done right. It’s such a relief to have trustworthy, skilled plumbers you can count on. Highly recommend Hoots Plumbing and especially Matt and Zach for any plumbing needs!
OMG. 1st. I'm a boomer. That said, in my 65+ years, this was the best I've ever been treated. Came on an emergency, and handled everything both correctly and professionally. I have a few small issues that I will definitely be calling for, hopefully soon. Proud to recommend them anytime.
